A look back at 2012

This issue of Veritas highlights the key accomplishments that you, our community of faculty and team members, have made happen.

Speaking of community, it’s not a buzz word here at NCU. It is the core of our mission and strategic goals.  Each of us, me included, is committed to helping students achieve academically and become valuable contributors within their communities and professions.

To do this right, we must commit not just in words, but in deeds, to:

In 2013, many of our goals focus on continuing to develop the NCU community by improving student support services. This includes launching the new Virtual Academic Center (VAC), expanding university communications (including Veritas and Higher Degrees) and launching a new alumni relations program.

I am proud of all that you accomplished in 2012. I am committed to supporting your execution of Northcentral’s strategy, so that we can continue to achieve our goals and fulfill our mission and vision, in the New Year.

I hope you and yours had a safe and joyous holiday season, and I look forward to another year of fantastic accomplishments in 2013.

Best wishes, George
