LEARNER'S POST COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE
Mentors should encourage Learners to complete the Post Course Questionnaire. The following text may be copied and pasted into a message and sent to the Learner near the end of the session.
Our goal is to improve the quality of our courses, their presentation, and our support services. Evaluation and utilization of survey results help us continuously improve our distance learning programs. Compiled results will be reviewed by department chairs, the Academic Affairs Committee, the ELRC, and IT dept. After the initial log-in, a coded identifier is assigned and responses remain confidential. The link to the questionnaire is found in the Course Review area of the Learner site on the first TAB labeled “Courses” to the far right of the screen.

Thank you for your feedback. Survey results will be utilized for future curriculum and support service considerations and will be held in the strictest confidence. Survey implementation online allows NCU to collect the data from a coded identifier rather than an identified individual Learner. There will be periodic reports of results and the actions taken.
