“Thank you for choosing Northcentral University. How may I direct your call?” Try saying that three times fast. Well, each of our Campus Support team members say it with a smile many times a day. They are the frontline of NCU, both physically and by phone, and in many cases provide that very important first impression to University visitors.
Bobby Ackman, Katara Boyer and Tamika Bradford, with the supervision of Debbie Gilbert and Stephnie Hopple, make up the Campus Support team and are responsible for front desk reception, campus mail delivery, copy center operations and ordering/inventory of supplies. In addition, they support all University teams as needed with special projects such as updating the All State Report and All State Map for the All State Licensing project; scanning and filing transcripts for the Registrar’s Office; and scanning faculty transcripts for the Center for Faculty Excellence. They also assist in the facilities operations of both locations.
But most importantly, they do these and many other things with a positive attitude and willingness to assist in whatever way they can. They can honestly say that what they do supports our mission by contributing to the foundation of an efficient and dynamic institution.
